Continuing 60 Years of Praise
The Legacy of Our Sanctuary Music
Explore the Vision
For generations, the organ has unified our voices and carried our deepest prayers.
Today, we must secure that voice for the next generation.
A new organ is an investment in the future worship life of our congregation.
The legacy We Share
For over six decades, a distinct sound has flowed through the worship life of the congregation. The organ is not merely equipment. It has come alongside our community through life’s most sacred milestones:
- Celebrations: Radiant Christmas mornings and triumphant wedding processions.
- Milestones: Lifelong commitments renewed through generations of confirmations.
- Comfort: Solemn, healing hymns sung during times of grief and funerals.
Through the music, scripture, prayer, and proclamation have been carried deep into the hearts of generations. By preserving this tradition, we honor a heritage that continues to help express our faith today.
We are preparing to replace our aging organ to ensure our congregational singing remains well-supported for years to come.
Technical Challenges & Necessity
Over the decades, those responsible for our music ministry have consistently maintained, repaired, and cared for the instrument. However, the organ has now reached the end of its useful service life. Professional evaluations have confirmed that continued repairs are no longer financially practical. Replacement is the most responsible path forward to maintain our regular worship life. Here are the current issues:
- Reliability: Critical sound components and amplifiers no longer function consistently.
- Obsolescence: Replacement components are no longer manufactured or available.
- Worship Support: The loss of capacity directly hinders the instrument's ability to properly lead/support congregational singing.
The Impact of your support
A new organ is an investment in the future worship life of our congregation. Your financial support ensures that our church continues to value worship that is reverent, timeless, and rooted in the rich tradition of time-tested, hymnals. This project helps guarantee that future generations will continue to sing the Word of God clearly.
